Orderly grid framing a series of rooms, concisely organized in a linear arrangement. Intended to be the first of two development phases, the main building only covers one fourth of the site, leaving the unused land as a vast garden and reducing the construction cost. The house is oriented to the north-south axis to facilitate future development of the house.
The exterior elements are sewn together and finished in stark black, contrasting the greeneries. Concrete ventblocks tilted to obscure the visual from the street to the garden.
